Ardent Mobility Services was born directly out of our experience running residential care homes, so we know firsthand what riders need in transit. It is more than travel — it is continuous support, from the doorway at home to the check-in desk at the other end.
Our key services
Three kinds of trip, one standard of care — for residents of our homes and for families across the Santa Clarita Valley.
- Medical NEMT — on-time transport to doctor visits, dialysis treatments, physical rehabilitation sessions and post-op hospital discharges
- Accessible transit — certified hydraulic lifts, secure tie-downs and access ramps for stable wheelchair transport
- Senior concierge — assisted, door-to-door rides for errands, family events, community programs and grocery shopping
Uncompromised safety and care standards
Unlike generic rideshare apps, Ardent drivers are healthcare-trained. We hire to the same rigorous background-check standard required for staff inside our care homes, and our drivers understand patient handling, physical vulnerability and the emotional side of a transition in a way a shuttle network does not.
