Offered case by case — availability depends on an assessment.

Moving at the end of life is hard on everyone. Ardent partners with Golden Time Hospice, a locally owned, nurse-owned and operated hospice in the Santa Clarita Valley, so that when a resident elects hospice the room, the routine and the faces stay the same — and the clinical team is one we already know.

How the partnership works

Golden Time Hospice provides the clinical hospice care: nurses, physicians, home health aides, chaplains, social workers and volunteers. Ardent provides the home, the daily personal care and the continuity. Both teams keep the family informed.

  • Hospice visits in the resident’s own room at Ardent
  • Pain and symptom management led by the hospice team
  • Emotional, spiritual and bereavement support for the family
  • One clear line of communication between the home, the hospice and you

Your choice of hospice

Families always choose their hospice provider. If your parent is already with another agency, we coordinate with that team in exactly the same way.

What we are not

Ardent is not a hospice agency and does not provide skilled nursing or medical treatment. We are the home; the hospice team is the clinical care.
